Airports Company South African – Inclusivity in aviation and air transport

With millions of passengers passing through its facilities annually, many of whom are living with disabilities, Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) has always had accessibility at the top of the agenda.

But beyond accessibility is inclusivity at all levels of the organisation and by recruiting people living with disabilities, levels of communication are optimised and people’s needs are better catered for. Disability Connect spoke to Cornelius Mamaregane, Learning and Development Specialist at ACSA.
