Requirements :
- Grade 12 plus three years National Diploma (NQF level 6) or Bachelor Degree (NQF level 7) in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Public Management, Production Management, Local Government and 1 to 2 years’ experience in Human Resource Administration environment, must have PERSAL introduction certificate, a valid code 8/10 driver’s license and no criminal record. Sound understanding and knowledge of human resource procedures and processes. Knowledge and skills: knowledge of legislative framework and governing HRM, understanding of different project management principles, knowledge of SLAs, knowledge of staff establishment, knowledge of performance development and management systems, leave management and record management skills, good communication, report writing and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, knowledge of employee service benefits will be an added advantage
Duties :
- Advertise vacant post. Compile pre-screening, shortlisting of potential candidates for advertised post. Conduct interview. Coordinate pre-screening and reference check Process new appointment. Assist with all HR matters. Filling system management, coordinate the staff establishment, E-Payroll administration, compile weekly and monthly reports
