Sensitisation and education of all employees is also a priority for the group when it comes to accommodating employees living with disabilities and it’s way ahead when it comes to learners and graduates offering 23 graduate programmes, 30 learnerships and with 80 recipients of bursary programmes, according to Mameela Meela – Head of Talent Acquisition for Personal banking at Standard Bank.
