Disability Connect Foundation
At Disability Connect Foundation, we believe that disability inclusion in the workplace is not a favour — it is a fundamental right.
We are a global organisation rooted in purpose, driven by a single, powerful mission: to close the disability employment gap by championing accessibility, workplace readiness, and equal opportunity for people with disabilities. From the bustling innovation hubs of Johannesburg and Sydney to the policy-driven heart of London, our work is united by a deep commitment to ensuring that no one is left behind simply because of a disability.
Across continents and cultures, people with disabilities continue to face systemic barriers to employment — from unconscious bias to inaccessible workplaces and a lack of inclusive recruitment processes. We exist to dismantle these barriers.

We empower.
We equip learners, graduates, and entrepreneurs with disabilities with the tools, networks, and confidence they need to step into the world of work — and thrive. Through our workplace readiness programmes, career expos, and summits, we provide practical skills, role models, and real opportunities.
We connect.
We build bridges between inclusive employers and untapped talent. Through our CV portal and bespoke corporate partnerships, we open doors — not just to jobs, but to meaningful careers.
We educate.
We help employers become disability-confident. Through our international summits and HR-focused conferences, we foster a culture of understanding, inclusion, and action. We move beyond policy — into transformation.
We amplify.
We shine a light on success stories, amplify unheard voices, and create platforms for thought leadership. Our social media platforms, content initiatives, and international campaigns ensure that disability inclusion remains part of the global conversation.

Our Global Footprint
In Johannesburg
we work with South Africa’s leading corporates, special needs schools, and universities to facilitate the transition from education to employment. Our expos, summits, and programmes are vital to unlocking a more inclusive South African economy.
In Sydney
we engage with forward-thinking businesses and education providers to promote employment equity and workplace accessibility across Australia. Our initiatives are tailored to the local legislative landscape and driven by innovation.
In London
we host the annual Disability Connect Career Expo and Summit at the University of London — the largest event of its kind in the UK. It’s a dynamic two-day gathering of HR leaders, inclusive employers, and 1,200 learners, all committed to advancing workplace inclusion.

Our Promise
We don’t host events — we create platforms for systemic change.
We don’t run campaigns — we build movements.
We don’t just advocate — we act.
We are the Disability Connect Foundation. And we are here to rewrite the future of work — one opportunity, one voice, one inclusive company at a time.
