Disability in the workplace – creating awareness through example

Siabulela Lucas is a Call Centre Agent at Nedbank Contact Centre, he also manages the Nedbank Disability Desk and is a passionate advocate for the rights of people with disabilities in the workplace. Siaybulela became visually impaired at a stage in life when he was considering his career choices and starting to study. He believes in opening up opportunities to people with disabilities in the workplace.
