Specialized education guide learners to develop knowledge, values and skills that will enable them to become self-supporting and worthy members of the community. Through specialized education a learner will be guided to develop self-control, to become self-supporting and willing to render a service so that the learner develops into a mature, useful and worthy member of the community.
