Santam’s disability network uses the acronym ADAPT – All Diversabilities Partnering Together – which serves employees, as well as those with children or relatives living with disabilities.

Thembi Manyike, Head of Talent Acquisition and Strategic Transformation at Santam said they attended the Disability Summit and Career Expo to attract talent through bursaries and recruitment into all levels of the business. They also recognise the opportunity for collaboration with other institutions, all wanting to learn more from each other’s expertise.
