Technical Manager – Vereeniging
As part of the Santam Broker Services team, the Technical Manager provides key underwriting support to Relationship Managers. The role focuses on analysing risks, preparing complex commercial quotes and driving profitable decisions across all classes of insurance, including property, motor and casualty. The successful candidate will help shape pricing models, evaluate policies and support the regional team in maintaining strong relationships with brokers and clients. Applicants should hold a matric certificate and a Higher Certificate in Insurance or equivalent, be FAIS compliant and have three to five years of experience in commercial underwriting.

Team Manager: Admin and Documents Indexing – Parktown
Based at Santam’s Non-Motor Claims department, the Team Manager will lead a team focused on administration, document indexing and service excellence. The role involves managing people, performance, costs and compliance while driving efficiency and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a Grade 12 certificate, an insurance-related qualification, and five years of short-term claims insurance experience, including at least two years in a leadership role. Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills are essential.
